DELIVERY, SHIPPING AND PICKUP OPTIONS

During the checkout process, you will have the opportunity to choose from a variety of pickup, delivery and shipping options. The shipping rate and delivery time will vary based on the method you choose.

Buy Online & Pickup In Store

The Dr. Ike’s Home Centers In-Store Pickup Option offers you the convenience of placing an order on

online with the immediacy of an in-store purchase. Please note that not all items are available for instore pickup. To see if an item is available:

1. Enter your zip code to find a store location nearest you.
2. Look for the items on our website marked "In-Store Pickup." After choosing your qualifying pickup-only item(s), go to your shopping cart and complete your order.
3. You will receive an Order Confirmation email upon placing your order, followed by a Ready For Pickup email once your item(s) is/are ready in store.
4. Bring your order number and the credit card used to complete your online order to the Dr. Ike’s Home Centers store to pick up your order.

Store pickup is valid only at the specific store selected when placing the order items may be picked up during the store's normal operating hours. This is only for orders confirmed via In-Store Pickup email. Most orders are ready within 4 hours.

Buy Online & Ship To Store

Some items may not be available in your local store. We offer "Buy Online & Ship to Store" options for these items. You can place an order online, and pick it up at your nearest Dr. Ike’s Home Centers for no additional cost.

To complete an order:

1. Enter your zip code to find a store location nearest you.
2. Look for the items marked "Ship To Store." After choosing your qualifying ship to store items, go to your shopping cart and complete your order.
3. You will receive an Order Confirmation email upon placing your order, followed by a Ready For Pickup email once your item(s) is/are ready in store.
4. Bring your order number and the credit card used to complete your online order to the Dr. Ike’s Home Centers store to pick up your order.

Items picked to Ship To Store will be available within 7 to 10 days.

DELIVERY

We have several different delivery options available for you.  Truck, van and flatbed deliveries are available depending on items and quantities.  We can deliver to residential, commercial and ranch locations.
